<p><strong>Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry</strong> </br> <strong>Location:</strong> Chandler, AZ </br> <strong>Agency:</strong> Concentric Healthcare Staffing </br> <strong>Pay:</strong> Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) </br> <strong>Contract Duration:</strong> 13 Weeks </br> <strong>Start Date:</strong> ASAP </br></p> <h4 >About the Position</h4> <p>TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Chandler, Arizona, 85224!<br><br><p></p><h2>Job Title</h2><p>Registered Nurse – Telemetry</p><h2>Location</h2><p>Chandler, AZ</p><h2>Schedule / Job Type</h2><p>Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Provide direct nursing care to telemetry and medical/surgical patients, including ED patients awaiting inpatient bed placement</li><li>Read, interpret, and respond to cardiac monitor strips independently (no monitor tech on unit)</li><li>Titrate cardiac drips including Cardizem, Heparin, and Amiodarone per physician orders and established parameters</li><li>Assist with ED patient support tasks such as vital signs, IV starts, and medication administration as needed (not as primary RN for ED assignments)</li><li>Float to med/surg, telemetry, and overflow units at designated campuses as needed</li><li>Participate in weekend rotation (4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule) and holiday rotation with permanent staff</li></ul><h2>Required Qualifications</h2><ul><li>Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience (within the past 6 months)</li><li>Strong cardiac telemetry background with demonstrated ability to manage and titrate cardiac drips</li><li>Current BLS and ACLS certifications required</li><li>Must pass a dysrhythmia exam (via Relias platform) within 48 hours of offer receipt; maximum of 2 attempts allowed</li><li>Must pass a Pass/Fail Simulation Lab on day one of orientation</li><li>Ability to independently read and interpret cardiac rhythm strips</li></ul><h2>Preferred Experience / Skills</h2><ul><li>Prior experience caring for ED hold patients awaiting inpatient placement</li><li>Familiarity with med/surg and telemetry overflow environments</li><li>Comfort working in a self-scheduling environment with flexibility for schedule adjustments</li></ul><h2>Why Join Us</h2><ul><li>Work in a dynamic telemetry setting with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and PCT support available</li><li>No on-call requirement, offering a more predictable and balanced work schedule</li></ul><p></p></p><p> <b>About Concentric Healthcare Staffing</b><br><p>Founded and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Concentric Healthcare Staffing specializes in healthcare employment with an emphasis in nursing and allied health.
