Responsibilities

• Lead transformative wealth management engagements and drive performance improvements
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and craft holistic client solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ensure high-quality deliverables within time and budget
• Scope projects, manage delivery workstreams, and coordinate team members with SMEs
• Refer clients to other EY teams to broaden business relationships when appropriate

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or MS preferred
• 3+ years of consulting, industry, and/or service provider experience
• 5-9 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading wealth management initiatives; agile experience
• Strong written/verbal communication, client service, and technical writing skills
• Ability to lead technology-enabled business transformations and work with Agile methodologies
• Willingness to work in person 3 days a week and travel as needed
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
