Overview

In this role you help clients translate requirements into ServiceNow-enabled design and roadmaps. You'll lead process workshops, gather requirements, and craft user stories for Agile delivery, guiding the implementation lifecycle. You act as a trusted advisor to define future-state service delivery aligned with platform standards, support UAT/QA, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value-driven outcomes. Expect travel to meet client needs and deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into functional designs, user stories and specifications for ServiceNow
  • Lead process workshops and stakeholder interviews
  • Develop feature lists and user stories for Agile delivery
  • Guide implementation lifecycle and provide domain expertise
  • Define future-state service delivery processes aligned with platform standards
  • Support UAT and QA activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven outcomes
Key requirements
  • 3+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • 2+ years leading workshops, requirements gathering, process definition/improvement/reengineering
  • 2+ years developing requirements documentation, project artifacts and user stories
  • 2+ years identifying how to meet business requirements using ServiceNow
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or IT-related field or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
  • willingness to travel 25-100% depending on client needs
