Responsibilities

• Evaluate new business opportunities through market analysis, financial modeling, and competitive research; develop clear recommendations and actionable plans.
• Synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership in a structured, persuasive manner.
• Drive revenue and operational optimization by refining business models, processes, and service delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment of strategic priorities across verticals, marketing, product, engineering, finance, and payment operations.
• Lead and support annual and quarterly planning, defining goals, KPIs, and execution plans.
• Build financial impact assessments showing potential revenue growth, margins, and required investments.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and opportunities in global payments and FinTech.
• Partner cross-functionally from analysis to execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment and progress tracking.

Key requirements

• 6-10 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations, corporate development, or related field.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, payments, or FinTech is highly preferred; prior Payments industry experience is a plus.
• Experience at top-tier consulting firms (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or in investment banking/private equity is a plus.
• MBA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills with ability to distill complexity into insights.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, prioritize, and execute with an action-oriented mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for senior stakeholders.
