In this role you help clients become data-driven by leading analytics-led engagements within a growth-focused consulting practice. You will translate business challenges into data solutions, drive governance and transformation roadmaps, and communicate insights to both business and tech stakeholders. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics, AI-ready capabilities, and measurable value that aligns with client strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discussions to understand challenges and design analytical solutions
• Elicit high-level requirements, use cases and functional specs; produce deliverables like traceability matrices and data dictionaries
• Ingest and harmonize data from databases, APIs and cloud platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
• Improve data quality through design and governance approaches
• Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data wrangling and analysis
• Create business cases and transformation roadmaps; design data governance models
• Present insights to business and technical stakeholders; lead data management efforts
• Lead internal and client teams on data management; support sales pursuits and firm-building; mentor staff and manage project finances

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, economics, mathematics, or related technical field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with 3 years in Management Consulting
• Ability to travel 4-5 days/week to client locations
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship provided)
