Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of BI developers and analysts with performance reviews and career development
• Coordinate workloads to meet scope, schedule, and budget while upholding Garver quality standards
• Set team standards for data modeling, dashboards, documentation, and quality checks
• Manage analytics projects from initiation to delivery, including planning, budgeting, and tracking
• Engage stakeholders across clients, engineering leads, project managers, and internal data teams
• Prepare scopes, work plans, LOEs, and fee proposals for analytics work
• Monitor financials, manage scope changes, risks, and priorities across concurrent projects
• Develop and drive strategic goals for the analytics practice aligned with growth objectives
• Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client programs and across markets
• Provide data management, architecture, and modeling direction; guide Power BI and dashboard development
• Review deliverables for accuracy, data integrity, usability, and design quality
• Serve as main client contact, facilitate requirements, lead sessions, and present findings
• Deliver training and documentation for clients and internal staff on analytics tools and dashboards

Key requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in business analytics, BI, data management, or related field
• 5+ years of direct people management experience
• Project management experience
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and other visualization tools (Tableau, ArcGIS Dashboards) and SQL databases
• Expertise in data management, data architecture, and advanced data modeling
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables with stakeholder coordination
• Experience writing project scopes and fee estimates/LOEs
• Proven experience presenting to executive and non-technical audiences and delivering training
• Strong business acumen with ability to drive strategic goals
