Overview

In this role, you drive large-scale enterprise transformation by embedding OE into ERP initiatives, starting with SAP S/4HANA and RISE migrations. You'll shape workforce readiness, operating model, and ways of working to ensure sustainable business value as legacy systems sunset. You partner across ERP, IT, and HR to align delivery with adoption milestones and workforce implications. The role offers broad scope to scale OE practices across enterprise initiatives and influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Embed transformation within SAP S/4HANA and RISE workstreams to address organizational and workforce implications early
• Align transformation approach with ERP delivery milestones with ERP Product Owners, IT, and business leaders
• Integrate change readiness and adoption planning into delivery to drive business outcomes
• Assess impacts of SAP adoption and Oracle sunset on roles, skills, and ways of working
• Collaborate with HRBPs and functional leaders to shape workforce plans and capability building
• Define operating model implications of ERP-enabled processes and data standardization
• Guide leadership through practical, business-led change strategies and ensure leadership alignment
• Act as an enterprise connector to surface patterns, risks, and opportunities across geographies
• Evolve OE methodologies through hands-on transformation work and reusable approaches
• Contribute to broader OE strategy through ERP insights

Key requirements

• Master's degree in related field OR a Bachelor's with 12+ years of relevant experience
• 10+ years in organizational effectiveness, transformation, or management consulting (ERP experience preferred)
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations, especially ERP/SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to translate tech change into organizational impact across roles and processes
• Strong capabilities in org design, change leadership, workforce planning, and operating model development
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders in complex, matrixed environments
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, business leaders, and technical teams
