Responsibilities
  • Shape financial strategy and performance narrative for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, linking operational metrics to company outcomes
  • Forecast topline performance by product and segment, connecting drivers to revenue results
  • Own ARR reporting infrastructure and collaborate on CPQ data structure, hygiene, and deal guardrails
  • Oversee end-to-end P&L, including GTM spend, headcount, and commissions, ensuring budget vs. actual accountability
  • Develop and improve financial models, reporting frameworks, and forecasting methods
  • Lead strategic projects such as long-range planning, GTM strategy, sales capacity analysis, market analysis, and variable compensation design
  • Build deep cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Professional Services, RevOps, Customer Success, and the CFO's office
Key requirements
  • 6-10+ years in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or high-growth SaaS
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with senior executives
  • Proven ability to perform structured analysis in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
  • Advanced financial modeling skills built from first principles
  • Fluency with CRM/CPQ data and BI tools (Looker); comfort diagnosing messy data
  • Experience partnering with and influencing senior/executive leaders
