Overview

You will partner with hiring managers and candidates to close technical hires, lead the offer process end-to-end, and manage immigration and onboarding. The role focuses on data-driven compensation and offer strategy, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and timely visa sponsorship. You will act as a strategic recruiter partner to drive velocity and quality of hire across technical roles. This position combines negotiation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to shape talent decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and candidates through the closing and offer process
• Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and offer strategy
• Drive candidate experience with timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer processes
• Manage immigration cases and coordinate with internal teams for visa sponsorship and transfers
• Own the offer process end-to-end: approvals, generation, extension, and negotiation
• Coordinate pre-boarding questions and onboarding logistics for new hires
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in the ATS (Hire) and ensure data integrity across requisitions
• Facilitate debriefs and calibrate interviewers for consistency
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase recruiting velocity and quality of hire
