Finance Manager

As Finance Manager, Global IT FP&A, you partner with senior IT leaders to drive financial transparency and operational efficiency through data-driven insights. You lead budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and performance reporting to support strategic decisions across the Global IT organization. You help advance continuous improvement initiatives under DBS, enabling streamlined planning and better visibility of business performance. You shape AI-enabled finance solutions and automation to boost planning accuracy and value, contributing to Beckman Coulter Diagnostics' mission to improve patient outcomes.

• Partner with senior business leaders to improve transparency, accountability, and operational effectiveness through analytics and KPIs
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders and regional finance partners to align planning initiatives
• Lead DBS-driven planning, forecasting, and reporting improvements for better financial visibility
• Identify opportunities and support cross-functional process and system enhancements for efficiency
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled finance solutions and advanced analytics to enhance planning and decision making

• Bachelor's degree in field with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 7+ years OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years
• Progressive finance experience in planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial systems/tools: OAS/OBI, Power BI, ERP (Oracle a plus), OneStream, BPC/EPM, and MS Office with advanced Excel
• Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills; experience presenting to executives and influencing cross-functional teams
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
