Overview

In this VP role, you support business heads in shaping strategy and day-to-day execution within the Credit and Public Finance Sales team. You'll apply problem solving, analytics, and project management to drive initiatives, reporting, and controls, acting as a CFO/COO-like partner across geographies. You'll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Planning, and Finance to define the business agenda, manage risk, and deliver on key programs. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments and influences senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Provide rapid response to executive ad-hoc requests for project management, presentations, and business analysis
  • Create and optimize management presentations and dashboards with strong Excel/PowerPoint design
  • Develop wireframes and mock-ups for reports and management decks
  • Communicate with business partners to define projects and drive next steps
  • Project manage key work streams and deliverables
  • Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls
  • Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables within Risk Control Self-Assessment framework
  • Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls and strategy sessions
  • Collect and maintain internal resources on SharePoint
  • Collaborate with global teams to simplify and improve business processes
Key requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
  • Experience in Business Management or COO role
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality presentations and reports
  • Strong design sense and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive agenda
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to justify design decisions with rationale
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
