Responsibilities
  • Manage and report on business performance with long-range forecasts integrating plan data and actuals
  • Partner with business leaders to drive innovative solutions, productivity, and controllership for centralized Sustainability programs
  • Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with senior leaders, articulating financial performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Design and maintain controllership mechanisms for centralized global initiatives
  • Develop scalable capital allocation frameworks to evaluate and prioritize investments
  • Drive free cash flow optimization through cost efficiencies and process improvements
  • Design and enforce financial policies and controls to protect financial integrity
Key requirements
  • 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical field
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
  • 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy
  • 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives impacting financial performance
