Finance Manager, AWS Sustainability Finance

In this role you will lead financial strategy and controllership for centralized Sustainability programs, partnering with business teams to shape investment decisions and optimize free cash flow. You will build scalable financial models and capital allocation frameworks to support global initiatives, while communicating performance, risks, and opportunities to VP+ stakeholders. You contribute to a mission-driven, data-driven culture by improving processes and policy controls that protect financial integrity. This position offers exposure to cross-geography programs and meaningful impact on sustainability initiatives within a large-scale tech company.

• Manage and report on business performance with long-range forecasts integrating plan data and actuals
• Partner with business leaders to drive innovative solutions, productivity, and controllership for centralized Sustainability programs
• Lead monthly and quarterly reviews with senior leaders, articulating financial performance, risks, and opportunities
• Design and maintain controllership mechanisms for centralized global initiatives
• Develop scalable capital allocation frameworks to evaluate and prioritize investments
• Drive free cash flow optimization through cost efficiencies and process improvements
• Design and enforce financial policies and controls to protect financial integrity

• 5+ years in tax, finance, or related analytical field
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support business strategy
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives impacting financial performance
