Overview

In this role you will partner with FrontierCo and broader Microsoft finance to ensure efficient resource allocation and transparent financial planning for a new Frontier AI business. You will influence budgeting, forecasting, and P&L outcomes to support measurable business impact and ROI. You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate financial insights into actionable operational decisions. This is an opportunity to help scale AI-enabled transformation at a major technology company and shape how finance enables strategic growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L outcomes to meet key financial commitments
• Develop resource blueprint with business and enforce allocation according to hiring principles
• Provide consistent insight on HC, CPH, and program spending to explain drivers of results
• Partner with Microsoft-wide finance to develop budgets and forecasts and guide future operations

Key requirements

• Master in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field with 2+ years in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance OR Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field with 4+ years in financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance OR equivalent experience
