Responsibilities
  • Act as CFO for the FM&I portfolio, providing strategic guidance to drive growth and profitability
  • Partner with senior business leaders on financial performance, investments, and priorities
  • Lead long-range planning, risk assessment, and value creation analyses
  • Develop business cases, financial models, and investment analyses for growth and capital decisions
  • Oversee global planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
  • Lead monthly financial reviews with insights for executive leadership
  • Improve forecast accuracy and close performance gaps with corrective actions
  • Analyze revenue, gross margin, cost structure, profitability, and cash flow drivers with operations
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and Power BI reports to support decision-making
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting and intercompany transactions
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and business intelligence
  • Provide strategic financial analysis for critical initiatives and ad hoc decisions
  • Maintain flexible schedule for occasional Asia-based meetings
Key requirements
  • 8+ years of finance leadership experience in a global manufacturing setting
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
  • Ability to work independently and lead financial deep-dives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement focus
  • Proven ability to influence decisions with diverse partners across geographies
  • Proficient to advanced SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to distill financials for non-financial stakeholders
  • Knowledge of GAAP and internal control concepts
