Overview

In this Finance Leader role, you oversee financial management for a critical portfolio within the Air Dominance SSBU to support the Annual Operating Plan and long-term growth. You'll partner with program leaders and cross-functional teams to drive profitability, forecast performance, and steer strategic financial decisions. You will lead a multi-program portfolio spanning development to production, guiding cost strategies and long-range planning. The position offers impact across bids, new business, and program execution in a dynamic defense environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with program area directors to ensure sound business decisions in program execution and new business strategy
• Oversee all financials for a complex portfolio and drive short- and long-term performance
• Construct Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan; develop forecasts for bookings, sales, earnings, and cash
• Provide financial briefings to customers, Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, Engineering, and PMO Director
• Develop and oversee cost strategies to support competitive captures
• Lead and develop a team of managers and direct reports, including performance management
• Manage EAC, customer reporting, proposal/start-up gates, working capital, and earned value processes

Key requirements

• Bachelor's plus 12+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree with 10+ years of experience
• Professional experience in a related finance role
• Active and transferable U.S. government security clearance required; U.S. citizenship required
