Accounting Manager

Accounting Manager, U.S.

Location: Coconut Grove, Florida

Salary: $150K base salary + discretionary bonus

• Own the end-to-end accounting and financial operations for all U.S. entities
• Join an international family office with operations across the U.S., UK, and Europe
• Report directly to the CFO and CEO

• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close across U.S. entities
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Coordinate U.S. tax planning and compliance with external tax and legal advisors
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and expense management
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when managing sensitive financial and personal information

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Prior family office experience required (within a private organization established to manage the financial affairs and active investments of an ultra-high-net-worth family)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and multi-entity financial reporting
