Overview

In this role you drive financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a global finance team. You'll partner with offshore resources and finance colleagues to deliver executive reporting, dashboards, and insights to leadership. You'll support strategic initiatives, performance management, and governance while pushing process improvements across the global network. This is a chance to shape decision-making in a world-scale, cross-functional finance function and contribute to Deloitte's broader financial health and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management activities to support decision-making and efficiency
• Partner with offshore resources and finance colleagues to deliver executive-level reporting, dashboards, analysis, and presentations for leadership
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, performance management, and ad hoc leadership requests
• Collaborate with Global Finance leaders and member firms on cross-functional projects, developing actionable recommendations and implementation plans
• Manage financial controls, reconciliations, billing, recovery, and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance
• Contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives across the global finance network

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of FP&A, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting experience
• Experience supporting executive reporting and decision-making in a complex, global organization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, and data visualization tools preferred
