Overview

As Finance Manager, you partner with business, tech and finance teams to shape strategy and roadmaps for a high-impact reverse logistics product. You communicate business results to senior leadership and help drive cost reductions and scaleable, error-free processes. You influence decisions that affect Amazon's bottom line and customer experience. This role combines analytics, modeling, and cross-functional collaboration to advance the 4 zeroes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and interpret financial models to drive decisions and optimize outcomes across global operations
• Use SQL, financial systems, and advanced Excel to produce plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations
• Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact
• Partner with stakeholders across functions to provide data-driven guidance during unexpected events
• Communicate complex finance issues clearly to various audiences, tailoring style as needed
• Collect and analyze quantitative data to create reports that drive cost reductions
• Participate in hiring, mentoring, and leveraging diverse perspectives
• Identify opportunities to fix defects and scale finance tools across teams
• Contribute to operations excellence by fostering a positive, collaborative team culture

Key requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related analytical field
• 5+ years in finance or related analytical field
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
