Business Banking Sales Leader I - Healthcare Virtual Team

In this role you lead a virtual Healthcare Relationship Management team within Business Banking to grow client relationships and drive profitability. You will coach staff, manage risk, and execute strategic plans to win new clients and expand existing portfolios in the 2-10MM revenue segment. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners and leverage PNC's product suite to deliver tailored financial solutions. • Direct and coordinate a team of healthcare relationship managers to meet business results and client experience goals
• Develop and execute account and sales plans to attract new clients and expand current relationships
• Manage risk, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks, across new and existing clients
• Leverage internal networks and client relationships to acquire and grow business and enhance client experience
• Coach and develop team members, monitor progress toward goals, and address performance issues
• Lead credit analysis and loan requests using advanced credit fundamentals and internal policies
• Align daily activities with strategic objectives and report progress to leadership

• Industry experience in Business Banking Healthcare
• Management experience (5+ years)
• Bachelor degree (minimum)
• Strong client management and sales capabilities
