Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Full-Time Position

Conscious Core Counseling Center is actively searching for dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative remote psychotherapy practice. This full-time position allows clinicians to provide high-quality mental health care from the comfort of their own homes while enjoying the flexibility to create their own schedules. As a therapist at Conscious Core Counseling Center, you will operate within a fully remote setting. Our telehealth platform facilitates client interactions, enabling you to deliver therapy efficiently while remaining accessible to those in need. The structure of this role encourages independence; you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload effectively while having the opportunity to connect with colleagues for group consultations, either virtually or in person. • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and short-term psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring adherence to the highest clinical standards.


• Utilize the latest DSM guidelines under the supervision of a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist to assess the mental health needs of clients.


• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities tailored to individual, family, and group therapy settings.


• Coordinate crisis interventions and develop comprehensive treatment plans that address clients’ unique needs.


• Engage in interdisciplinary collaborations with other healthcare providers to support comprehensive treatment planning and psychosocial evaluations.


• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, state regulations, and ethical guidelines.


• Participate in clinical discussions and quality assurance initiatives to continuously improve service delivery and therapeutic outcomes.


• Utilize telehealth technologies and electronic health records (EHR) efficiently to track client progress and treatment efficacy.


• Diverse treatment offerings may include skills training, couples and family therapy, and psychoeducation for individuals experiencing mental health challenges.

• Must possess a current and valid LMFT license or a Psy.D to practice in Washington state.


• A master's or doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution is required.


• Minimum of two years of experience in providing psychotherapy services is necessary.


• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is essential to facilitate effective client care and documentation.

• Experience in crisis intervention and short-term therapeutic modalities is desirable.


• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in family therapy, group therapy, or specialized treatment approaches for diverse client populations.


• Previous experience working within a community health setting or a collaborative care model is a plus.

The salary range for this position is competitively set between USD 75,000 to 125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
