As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will have access to a robust support system within the hospice center, working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals committed to holistic patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions, specializing in individual, couples, and family therapy using a range of psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status.


• Develop personalized treatment plans and measurable goals in collaboration with clients, tailored to their specific needs and circumstances.


• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring the use of modalities supported by research and best practices.


• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, which may involve suicide assessments and recommending hospitalization when necessary.


• Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, including physicians and mental health teams, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.


• Document all client interactions, treatment progress, and psychosocial assessments in accordance with professional standards and regulatory guidelines.


• Participate in the formulation of clinical policies and procedures, contributing insights from your practice to enhance service delivery.


• Attend regular staff meetings and engage in continuing education opportunities to remain current with advancements in social work practices.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will primarily support individuals and families dealing with severe illnesses, end-of-life issues, and bereavement. Your compassionate and holistic approach will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their emotional journeys, fostering resilience and acceptance in their unique contexts. The diversity of our clientele will require you to adapt your approach according to different cultural, socioeconomic, and personal backgrounds.

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.


• Current and valid LCSW license.


• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in mental health settings, particularly with individuals, couples, and families.


• Solid understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and their application within clinical practice.


• Proven ability to work effectively with various populations, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural and socioeconomic factors.


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening and empathy.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Experience in hospice care or working with terminally ill patients and their families.


• Familiarity with mental health software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
