Work Environment

This role is conducted in a fully remote telehealth setting, leveraging technology to deliver high-quality mental health services. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring an accurate understanding of client needs and backgrounds.
  • Provide graduate-level clinical interventions using various therapeutic modalities, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in a timely and ethical manner, facilitating communication with interdisciplinary care teams.
  • Engage in regular communication with colleagues through meetings, including patient rounds, to discuss treatment plans and interdisciplinary approaches to care.
  • Manage a caseload of patients, offering case management services that coordinate care with other healthcare and community professionals.
  • Incorporate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), into treatment plans to support clients in their individual goals and recovery journeys.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with diverse client populations, including children, adolescents, and adults, presenting with a wide range of mental health concerns. This role requires a nuanced understanding of various life stages and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to ensure effective treatment. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing emotional and psychological resilience, improving clients' capabilities to face life's challenges.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in providing mental health services, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline is required, while higher educational qualifications (Master’s Degree or Doctorate) are preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth environments or remote therapy practices is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities beyond CBT is a plus and may include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or Trauma-Informed Care.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Benefits include:
