Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Telehealth Behavioral Health Counselor, you will:



  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, with ongoing assessment and adjustments to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and administrative staff within our outpatient office environment, discussing treatment approaches and integrating feedback to refine therapy strategies.

  • Provide immediate support to families navigating acute crises, leveraging your experience and training to stabilize situations and facilitate conflict resolution through effective communication.

  • Document client interactions meticulously, ensuring all sessions, assessments, and treatment adjustments are recorded accurately for compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families who are facing a variety of mental health challenges. Whether they are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or family dynamics, your role will be instrumental in guiding them towards recovery and improved well-being. You will be adept at tailoring your therapeutic approach to resonate with clients from various backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:



  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

  • Current and active licensure in Washington State as either an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

  • A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience working in a therapeutic setting with children, adolescents, and families.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms effectively to deliver care remotely.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and community wellness resources.

  • Demonstrated understanding of individual and family dynamics and the impact of various social and cultural factors on mental health.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
