Setting: Community/Retail Pharmacy
We are seeking licensed Pharmacists to join well-established community pharmacy teams throughout Southern Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy building lasting patient relationships, providing high-quality clinical care, and working alongside experienced pharmacy professionals in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do- Provide professional pharmacy services and ensure prescriptions are filled accurately and safely
- Counsel patients on medications, proper use, potential interactions, and general health concerns
- Administer immunizations and support additional clinical pharmacy services
- Perform prospective drug utilization reviews and identify medication-related concerns
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes
- Oversee and support pharmacy technicians and other team members
- Maintain accurate patient records and prescription documentation
- Assist with inventory management and controlled-substance procedures
- Deliver exceptional patient service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active Indiana Pharmacist license in good standing
- Ability to obtain and maintain required immunization credentials
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it
- Strong patient counseling and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume pharmacy environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
