Meet Your Team:
- Our facility is an acute care hospital with 263 licensed beds, delivering a wide range of services, including 24/7 emergency care, surgical procedures, non-invasive robotic spine surgery, stroke treatment, radiology, and oncology services.
- The Registered Nurse is accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, which includes patient care and the management of staff assigned to their supervision.
- May take on the responsibilities of Charge Nurse and is accountable for maintaining professional standards.
- Follows established policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and safeguard patient safety.
Essential Job Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma.
- Current NM Nursing license or NM compact license (to be obtained within 90 days of hire).
- BLS certification must be secured within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role, prior to engaging in direct patient care.
- Department may also require ACLS and/or PALS certifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Two years of experience in a specialized area.
- Two years of general nursing experience.
