Compassionate Mental Health Counselor - Remote Clinical Specialist

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you while ensuring you can effectively support a diverse patient population. Our virtual community health clinic operates Monday through Saturday, providing you with the opportunity to manage your own hours within that framework. You will benefit from our in-house credentialing and streamlined management of insurance participation, enabling you to focus on what truly matters—providing quality care to your clients.

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups in need of care.


• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement clinical interventions based on evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).


• Demonstrate exceptional clinical skills by effectively communicating treatment progress and strategies during interdisciplinary meetings.


• Provide effective case management and collaborate with various hospital and community programs to ensure comprehensive care for assigned patients.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with departmental protocols.


• Contribute to a supportive and educational team environment while receiving ongoing supervision and mentorship.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse client base, ranging from children and adolescents to adults from various backgrounds. You will play a crucial role in addressing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Your dedication to understanding and adapting to the unique needs of each patient will be key in fostering effective therapeutic relationships.

• Hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).


• A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.


• Commit to working flexible hours, ranging from 10 to 40 sessions per week.

Ideal candidates will bring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, demonstrating expertise and proficiency in therapeutic techniques and case management. Experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with community health resources will be a significant advantage.

The Compassionate Mental Care Center offers competitive compensation packages ranging from USD 60,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on your experience and credentials.
