As a telehealth provider, you will be utilizing cutting-edge technology to connect with clients, including video conferencing software and specialized telehealth tools designed to optimize the therapy experience. • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to establish a deep understanding of client backgrounds and needs.


• Utilize evidence-based treatments, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), during weekly live video sessions, facilitating interactive discussions to help clients recognize and manage their emotional challenges.


• Leverage telehealth platforms proficiently to maintain seamless communication and deliver quality care to clients across various locations.


• Engage in active listening and empathetic questioning to guide clients in exploring their feelings, behaviors, and coping strategies.


• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to share best practices and enhance therapeutic techniques.

Your primary focus will be on adults dealing with a wide spectrum of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related challenges. • A Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling is required.


• A valid and active LPCC license issued by the State of California.


• Proficiency in using technology for assessments and therapy, alongside excellent communication skills, is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing individual therapy, particularly using cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices.


• Experience in a telehealth setting is highly desirable, enabling you to navigate digital communication tools effectively.


• Familiarity with mental health diagnosis, treatment methods, and the rehabilitation of psychological conditions will be an asset in this position.

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
