• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.


• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy in both individual and group settings.


• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.


• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care and facilitate a holistic treatment approach.


• Participate in professional development workshops and training sessions to remain updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in our organization, you will engage with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families facing various challenges. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.


• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) within the state of Arizona.
