Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - Flexible Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans aimed at achieving specific therapeutic goals.


• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders.


• Lead couples and family therapy sessions to support clients in navigating relationship dynamics, improving communication, and resolving family conflicts effectively.


• Implement crisis intervention strategies to aid clients in immediate distress and provide essential support services during critical moments.


• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available resources, and effective coping strategies to enhance their recovery journey.


• Maintain accurate, confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations, documenting assessments, treatment progress, and outcome evaluations.


• Uphold ethical practice standards and legal requirements, safeguarding client confidentiality and ensuring informed consent in all therapeutic activities.

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.


• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
