• Support: Become part of a vibrant team consisting of RNs, three medical assistants per provider for general dermatology, additional support for Mohs surgeons, and multiple skilled mid-level practitioners, alongside general dermatologists and a Mohs surgeon.

• Required: Must be a board-certified dermatologist who is productive, possesses a relaxed yet motivated demeanor, and excels in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.
• Personality: Should be approachable, humble, adaptable, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.

• Income Potential: Starting salary for general dermatology at $600,000 plus a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
• From the second year onward, transition to a production model offering 45% of collections up to $1 million, and 50% of collections exceeding $1 million, with opportunities for partnership.
• Receive 5% of PA collections for supervising a physician assistant, potentially adding around $50,000 annually if interested in overseeing a mid-level provider.
