Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, integrating evidence-based strategies and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, positive behavior support strategies, and medication treatment plans to enhance client safety and health.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure quality care delivery and program integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners, fostering open communication and support networks that facilitate healing and recovery.
  • Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet the highest professional and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and training sessions to remain current with industry developments and enhance your clinical competencies.
  • Promote the mission, values, and principles of Consent Counseling Services throughout your work, advocating for clients and the programs that support them.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients experiencing a breadth of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. You will also support individuals with developmental disabilities and those recovering from acquired brain injuries. Your work will be crucial in creating personalized therapeutic pathways that promote healing, improve quality of life, and foster community connections.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory for this position.
  • A valid independent LMHC license issued by the state board, demonstrating professional competency and adherence to ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
