• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions focusing on the unique concerns and needs of your clients.


• Lead group therapy sessions that facilitate peer support and shared healing experiences.


• Evaluate clients’ mental health by assessing their histories, triggers, and coping strategies to develop tailored treatment plans.


• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that address relational and behavioral challenges, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.


• Document sessions meticulously to track client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring a responsive approach to care.


• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to enhance therapeutic practices and integrate feedback.


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and significant life transitions. • At least 2 years of experience providing therapy in a clinical or community health setting.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual salary of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
