Work Environment

In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to design your own schedule while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to improve the mental well-being of your clients, drawing on solution-based psychotherapy techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant ethical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for patients.
  • Educate and support clients and their families, helping them navigate their mental health journeys and access necessary resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid LICSW license in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits
