The Mental Fitness Masters Hub is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Work Environment

As a remote position, this role allows you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a collaborative team dedicated to mental health excellence. Despite the remote setting, you will stay connected through regular virtual meetings, case consultations, and a robust digital platform that supports client engagement and therapeutic interventions. Our outpatient hospice center is equipped with advanced telehealth technologies, enabling you to provide high-quality care to patients across various locations.

Key Responsibilities

In your capacity as an LCSW, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling tasks, including but not limited to:



  • Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans using best practices and evidence-based approaches.

  • Administering a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to individual clients’ preferences.

  • Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards in social work.

  • Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated care for clients.

  • Participating in regular case consultation meetings to discuss patient progress, share knowledge, and continue professional development.

  • Providing education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health topics, treatment strategies, and community support options.

  • Staying updated on the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance your clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:



  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your thorough academic foundation in the field.

  • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), confirming your professional capability and commitment.

  • A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience, showcasing your proficiency in providing psychotherapy services.

  • Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, along with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The Mental Fitness Masters Hub recognizes and values your dedication and expertise. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
