• Clinic Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• On-Call Schedule: 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Coverage Period: September through December
• Licensing: Washington state license or IMLC required
• Work Environment: Inpatient and outpatient settings
