This role provides the flexibility of remote work while maintaining the administrative support of a structured healthcare environment. You will have access to necessary technologies and support systems that ensure you can focus on your clients without administrative distractions. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans designed to meet individualized goals.
• Provide one-on-one therapeutic sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, ensuring each session is personalized to support client growth and mental health improvement.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, making any necessary adjustments to treatment plans as they evolve.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions utilizing HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure accessibility for clients who face transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation concerning assessments, treatment plans, and client progress in alignment with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including training and workshops, to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

As a mental health therapist at Consonus Mental Healthcare, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children to adults facing various challenges including trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Your role will center on providing compassionate and culturally competent care, as you support clients in navigating their unique mental health journeys.

• A valid and current state license in one of the following: LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with colleagues.
• Strong empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude are paramount in fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills to balance client caseload and administrative obligations.
