• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, employing therapeutic techniques to address clients’ mental health concerns.
• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, providing insights that can enhance their self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.
• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate goals and identify pathways to achieve these objectives in a supportive manner.
• Assess clients' mental health status systematically, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

As a Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Complete Psychological Clinic, you will primarily work with adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties. Your role will involve delivering care to clients who are striving for personal growth and improvement, emphasizing skill acquisition that enhances their quality of life.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proficient in using telehealth technology and electronic health records systems.
• Ability to conduct professional evaluations and implement tailored treatment strategies.

• Clinical experience in therapeutic settings, particularly in remote or virtual care environments.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients using empathy and understanding.
• Experience with solution-focused therapies or cognitive behavioral techniques.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
