This role operates within a community health clinic setting while being fully remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately gauge client needs, enabling tailored and effective treatment plans.


• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies that address the unique challenges facing each client.


• Empower clients by providing educational resources and tools which promote self-management and skill development in their mental health journey.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers, for coordinated and holistic patient care.


• Stay informed about the latest mental health research and evidence-based practices to enrich the quality of care provided.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions, client progress, and interdisciplinary communications.

This position involves working with a diverse range of clients across various age groups and backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. You will address a wide array of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our goal is to provide effective, compassionate care that focuses on the individual needs of each client.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.


• An active mental health professional license in New York State (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) is mandatory.


• Demonstrated expertise in effective communication and problem-solving skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health counseling role.


• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, electronic health record systems, and best practices for remote counseling sessions.
