• Reason for Opening: We are seeking a provider for 10-12 days each month to assist with clinic duties, scheduled operating room time, and on-call responsibilities.

• Start Date: As soon as credentialing is complete; ongoing thereafter.

• Schedule: The role requires a provider for 10-12 days monthly, including 3 clinic days per week, scheduled OR time, and on-call duties. Availability on both weekends and weekdays is preferred.

• Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday

• In-Office Procedures: Cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing

• Patients Per Shift: Up to 16

• Call: Yes, call responsibilities vary monthly, typically requiring 3-4 days of coverage.

• License: WA or IMLC

• EMR System: Epic
