Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse - Per Diem
Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility
Starting pay for LPN is $40, while RN begins at $43, with shift differentials ranging from $1 to $6 per hour.

Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse will assist the Director of Nursing in the comprehensive implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services within the community.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing C.N.A.s to guarantee high-quality care is consistently provided
  • Administering medications, conducting skilled nursing assessments, and delivering treatments
  • Demonstrating proficiency in foley catheters, PICC lines, feeding tubes, and wound care
  • Maintaining accurate skilled care documentation
  • Engaging proactively with residents, families, staff, physicians, and external providers

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Current RN/LPN license to practice in Massachusetts
  • Two years of full-time or equivalent clinical experience
  • Experience or a strong interest in working with older adults
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including pushing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Capability to foster positive relationships with residents, their families, colleagues, and other staff
  • In good physical and emotional health, free from communicable diseases
