We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dynamic team at Mental Fitness Pro Clinic. This full-time, remote position offers a unique opportunity to provide virtual therapy services, focusing on adult mental health care. This position allows for a fully remote work setting, empowering you to create a suitable workspace at home while delivering exceptional care to your clients. Our clinic handles all administrative tasks, including client marketing, insurance verification, credentialing, billing support, electronic health records management, and compliance audits. This support allows our social workers to dedicate their energy solely to client interaction and therapeutic practices.

• Provide virtual psychotherapy sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs.


• Develop and implement treatment plans that address a range of mental health issues, ensuring comprehensive approaches to improvement.


• Engage in ongoing assessment and evaluation of clients’ progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.


• Collaborate closely with fellow clinicians and specialists in a multidisciplinary virtual team to coordinate care and share insights that will enhance client treatment.


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulations.


• Participate in regular supervisory meetings to discuss cases, clinical challenges, and best practices.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients aged 18 and over, providing psychotherapy for a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related concerns. Experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and diverse populations is highly valued, as inclusivity is integral to our practice ethos.

• Must hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.


• Possess an active LCSW license to practice in the state of Texas.


• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience is required, demonstrating expertise in therapeutic practices.


• Experience in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and/or Psychodynamic Therapy is strongly preferred.


• Possess professional malpractice insurance to ensure client safety and compliance.

• Experience working with adults in a therapeutic setting.


• Prior experience providing care to minority and diverse populations is advantageous.


• Familiarity with men’s mental health issues is a plus.


• Ability to conduct therapy that is affirmative and inclusive of LGBTQIA+ experiences.
