We are currently looking for Breast Imaging physicians to join our teams in Fresno, Oakland, Richmond, San Jose, Vallejo, and Walnut Creek, CA.
The annual salary for full-time positions ranges from $514,139 to $530,040, with additional potential incentives reaching up to $145,490*. There may also be options for reduced schedules with prorated compensation. *Some incentive figures are estimates based on potential premium pay, subject to approval.
Two career pathway options are available:
Traditional Breast Imaging combined with General Radiology Career Pathway (50% subspecialty breast work)
Focused 100% Breast Imaging Career Pathway (without General Radiology call obligations)
We are in search of collaborative team members who possess expertise in multimodality breast imaging, including stereotactic, ultrasound, and MRI-guided procedures. This role offers a fulfilling practice with a manageable caseload, emphasizing quality and teamwork. Our specialists work closely with clinicians in the Breast Lump Clinic and engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team through weekly tumor boards, which include dedicated breast surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, geneticists, and social workers. Breast imagers receive robust support from an administrative breast care coordinator and an RN breast care navigator. Our integrated system facilitates the delivery of optimal breast care.
Home mammography workstations are provided for all Breast Imaging Subspecialists, allowing them to read screening mammograms from home. There is ample opportunity for overtime in remote mammography reading for additional compensation, should you choose to do so flexibly. REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certification or Eligibility
Eligibility to obtain a California medical license or currently licensed to practice in California
Completion of a fellowship is required
