Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality mental health counseling to adult clients through our secure telehealth platform.

  • Assess client needs, develop treatment plans, and utilize your clinical judgment to implement effective therapeutic interventions.

  • Engage with clients using a variety of methods, such as video conferencing, audio messaging, and interactive journaling.

  • Maintain timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and communications in compliance with standard practices.

  • Participate in ongoing professional development and peer consultations to enhance your practice.

  • Work closely with an administrative team to ensure smooth operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be working with stable, low-acuity adult clients experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief. Our platform is designed specifically to connect therapists with clients whose needs align with your specialty, ensuring productive therapeutic relationships devoid of severe mental health complications or pediatric cases.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

  • Current, unrestricted state license in good standing from the appropriate state board (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with adult populations in a therapeutic setting, particularly in managing low-acuity mental health concerns.

  • Familiarity with or willingness to adapt to telehealth technology, enhancing client engagement through digital therapeutic approaches.

  • A proactive approach to continuing education and implementing current best practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time role with a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, depending on your caseload. We offer a supportive benefits package that includes:
