Our organization is on the lookout for a Supervisory Psychiatrist to take on a pivotal role in providing both clinical and administrative guidance within our Mental Health & Behavioral Medicine Service. In this position, you will mentor and supervise psychiatry personnel and trainees, manage team performance, facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration, assist in recruitment, and address workplace challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and educational support.
  • Work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care for Veterans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a full and unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state or territory.
  • Board certification is preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
