• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs, using structured evaluations and interviews.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that are aligned with each client’s goals, ensuring a tailored approach that promotes mental wellness.
• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions for adult clients, employing evidence-based techniques and solution-focused strategies to drive client progress and positive outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy services, making therapy accessible for clients who may face geographical or logistical barriers to in-person sessions.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing urgent mental health situations, demonstrating compassionate expertise.

You will primarily work with adult clients from a variety of backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our diverse clientele may come from different cultural backgrounds, requiring a therapist who is sensitive to the nuances of various life experiences and able to adapt therapeutic approaches accordingly.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Completion of a master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Possess exemplary communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and collaboration with colleagues.
