• Conduct thorough virtual assessments of new clients to evaluate their needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that align with their unique circumstances.


• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to address various mental health issues.


• Engage in collaborative care with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and licensed clinical social workers, to optimize treatment outcomes for clients.


• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.


• Participate in regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional training to refine your skills and stay current with best practices in the marriage and family therapy field.


• Remain informed about new research, trends, and changes in the therapy landscape to continuously enhance service delivery.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.


• Must possess a current LMFT license in the state of Oregon.


• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience is essential to ensure competency in handling complex therapy cases.


• Demonstrated ability to provide marriage and family therapy services to a broad spectrum of populations.


• Strong knowledge of the DSM-5 and the diagnostic process will be crucial in developing effective treatment plans.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
