Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate investigational research studies, which include engaging in patient care through direct visits, educating patients, managing phone communications, developing relevant study documents, conducting tests, and adhering to research and clinical protocols while complying with FDA regulations, Good Clinical Practice guidelines, and departmental SOPs. Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, clinical staff, hospital personnel, as well as pharmaceutical and device representatives to enhance research delivery.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

  • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Clinical Research Coordinator role within a recognized research or healthcare setting.

  • BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into this position and prior to engaging in direct patient care.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clinical Research Certification (CCRC) from a recognized clinical trial organization such as ACRP or SOCRA.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and listen attentively to both internal and external stakeholders; capable of understanding instructions and sharing knowledge.

  • Demonstrates cooperation and interaction with supervisors, colleagues, other departments, and all customer groups, reflecting our commitment to exceptional service.
