Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop tailored, effective treatment plans that reflect their individual goals.
- Provide individual therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Family Systems Therapy, to support personal growth and emotional stability.
- Establish and maintain collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, regularly tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and peer consultations to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health treatment.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
As an LMFT at Comprehensive Life Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents facing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. Qualifications- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
- A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- At least two years of clinical experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of family systems and therapeutic techniques.
- Proficiency in managing both adult and younger populations, including children and adolescents, with an emphasis on delivering compassionate care.
- Experience with Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) in therapy that can facilitate diverse treatments based on individual client needs.
- Strong background in working with clients from varied cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, ensuring culturally competent practices.
- A proven track record of maintaining therapeutic rapport and achieving client satisfaction and success metrics.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous sign-on bonus.
