• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their unique mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that cater to their specific situations.

The social worker in this position will serve a diverse clientele, primarily focused on hospice patients and their families. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.


• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Washington.
